Youth Ministry Core Team

Goal:

As a Core Team member, you are committing to continue living your faith, as a strong and empowered role model for our Cluster youth. Together with the Director of Youth Ministry you will develop and plan how to enlighten the youth in order to live out the mission of the Church.

Duties:

• Commit to providing an environment of faith and fun throughout all meetings, youth ministry activities and other Church related activities.
• Continue to grow in your faith and help others along their faith journeys
• Brainstorm and assist in implementation of improvements for youth ministry
• Ensure acceptance of new members. No one should feel left out!
• Attend Core Team meetings, youth ministry and other events throughout the year. Be punctual!
• If a problem occurs, quietly acknowledge the situation and report the problem to the Director of Faith Formation. 

Requirements:

• A love for Christ and middle school and/or high school youth
• A desire to minister to middle school and/or high school youth on a regular basis
• A willingness to serve as a Catholic role model
• A weekly commitment to Sunday liturgy
• Lots of energy and a fun attitude!
