Music/Performing Arts Teacher
Holy Cross School is seeking an energetic, talented individual to lead our Pre-K through 8th-grade student experience in music and the performing arts. This part-time position (3 days/week) develops curriculum and leads adventures for students in a variety of disciplines including: Music appreciation and performance; Instrumental performance; Performing arts.
In addition to daily instruction, the Music/Performing Arts teacher organizes and leads students in special performances throughout the year, including seasonal concerts for the school community and choir at weekly Mass. Organist - St. Bartholomew Church
St. John Paul II Parish is seeking an organist for St. Bartholomew Church in Cape Elizabeth. The primary responsibility will be to provide accompaniment for the 9 a.m. Sunday Mass, as well as 5 p.m. Mass on holy days of obligation. Opportunities for occasional funeral and wedding Masses, as well as substitute at weekend Masses in other churches within our parish, is possible. The ideal candidate will be a practicing Catholic with familiarity and knowledge of Catholic liturgy and experience with music accompaniment on the organ.
